Average lead time is 30–35 days after sample approval for standard orders. Larger or highly customized orders may take 40–45 days. We share a production schedule and update you with photos throughout. Air freight samples take 5–7 days.
Yes. We provide pre-production samples so you can confirm quality, size, finish and branding before mass production. Sample cost is credited back against your bulk order. Existing items can ship within 3–5 days; custom samples take 7–12 days.
Absolutely. OEM and ODM are our core business. We customize dimensions, wood species, finish, laser-engraved logos, packaging and even design new products from your sketches or reference samples. Our R&D team supports you from concept to mass production.
Acacia, walnut, beech, oak, pine, paulownia and bamboo are our most common materials. FSC-certified timber is available on request. All wood is kiln-dried to 8–12% moisture content to prevent warping and cracking.
We offer EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Sea freight is standard for bulk orders; air freight is available for urgent samples. We work with trusted forwarders and can consolidate shipments with other suppliers. We also handle export documentation and fumigation certificates where required.
Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance before shipment (or against copy of B/L). For long-term partners we can negotiate L/C and other flexible terms. PayPal and trade assurance are available for sample orders.
We run a 4-step QC process: incoming timber inspection, in-process checks, 100% pre-packing visual inspection, and final AQL 2.5 statistical sampling. You receive a QC report with photos before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek) is welcome at your cost.
Yes. We offer shrink wrap, individual boxes, custom printed retail packaging, inserts, hang tags and master cartons. Send us your packaging design or let our team create one that fits your brand and shelf requirements.
