Our Story

16 Years of Wood Craftsmanship

Founded in 2008 in Shengzhou, Zhejiang — a region famous for bamboo and wood craftsmanship — YangzeCraft started as a small workshop producing cutting boards for local wholesalers. Today we are an 8,000m² factory with 120+ skilled workers exporting to 40+ countries.

We specialize in OEM and ODM wood products: kitchenware, gift boxes, home decor and furniture components. Our mission is simple: deliver consistently good wood products, on time, so our buyers can grow their business with confidence.

5-axis CNC routers for precise cutting, shaping and carving. Daily output 3,000+ pieces.

Sanding & Finishing

Automated and hand sanding lines, food-safe oil coating and wax application stations.

Laser Engraving & Branding

Multiple CO2 laser machines for logos, patterns and custom artwork on wood products.

Kiln Drying

In-house kiln chambers control moisture to 8–12%, preventing warping and cracking.

Assembly & Packaging

Assembly, shrink wrap, individual boxes and custom retail packaging lines.

Quality Control Lab

Dedicated QC room with moisture meters, calipers and AQL sampling before shipment.

4-Step Quality Control Process

Every order passes through four inspection gates before it leaves our factory.

Incoming Timber QC

Moisture content, grain and defect check on all raw wood. Only kiln-dried, graded timber enters production.

In-Process QC

Dimension and finish checks at each machining stage. First-article approval before batch runs.

Pre-Packing QC

100% visual inspection for surface defects, logo accuracy and finish quality before packaging.

Final AQL Inspection

AQL 2.5 statistical sampling on packed goods, with photos and a report sent to the buyer.
